How do I change my line speed?

Contact Sales at Firstgate.net to order a line speed change. A service charge may apply, please refer to your service contract for further information.
You may also download the Service Change Form and fax it back to us.

Is there any charge for the speed change?

Yes. There is a one time charge of $50.00 fee for the speed change.

How do I request an additional IP Address or mailbox?

E-mail your request to support@firstgate.net. Please allow up to 24 hours for Firstgate.net to complete your request. We will send you an e-mail confirmation as soon as your request is complete. Additional charge(s) may apply, please refer your service contract for further information.

How do I cancel my DSL service?

A written notice is required. You can e-mail your request for cancellation to support@firstgate.net, fax it to (212) 809-6630 or mail to: DSL Cancellation, Firstgate.net, 32 Broadway, Suite 514, New York, NY 10004. A cancellation fee may apply, please refer to your service contract for further information. 

How long will it take Firstgate.net to disconnect my DSL service after I have canceled my service?

We will cancel the circuit within three business days after receiving your written notice of cancellation.

What should I do if I’m changing locations and want to keep my DSL service?

Contact Sales at Firstgate.net to cancel your existing service and set up an order for a new installation address. Be sure to check all the limitations and provisions of new service as described in your current contract.

Can I request an invoice for my ADSL service?

Yes. An electronic invoice will be sent to your e-mail box within 24 hours after your request. 

When does my credit card get charged for my ADSL service?

Your credit card will be charged the first day of every month, with the exception of new service. A pro-rated, first month rate will be charged on the service turn-on date.
