Reseller’s
Responsibilities
In
order to keep your own client base, you will perform all
Tier 1 helpdesk support, Subscriber acquisition and
Subscriber billing. Tier 1 helpdesk support includes:
- Initial
and ongoing telephone, e-mail or fax support for issues
regarding initial installation of Service. This includes
hardware (such as modem), personal computer and
telephone setup;
- All
Subscriber interfaces for ongoing application support,
such as email, web browser(s), newsreaders, irc clients
or other plug-ins;
- All
ongoing hardware and software connectivity issues, such
as modem connectivity, conflicts with telephone
answering devices, operating systems and other software
conflicts;
- All
Subscriber interfaces for ongoing support for Internet
connectivity including outages, service interruptions,
busy signals and maintenance periods.
Minimum
Line Commitment
The
minimum line commitment will be measured on each anniversary
date of contract signing. The minimum line commitment at the
end of the year is 100.
